How many can the villa sleep?Zanadu comfortably sleeps 6 guests; however, for an additional per person charge of $100 USD per night, 7 - 8 persons (adult or child) can be accommodated. Any additional guest, adult or child, beyond 6 persons, is charged USD$100 per person per night.

Is additional housekeeping available?Additional housekeeping is available upon request at a rate of USD$150 per visit. Three business days’ notice is required to schedule a cleaning during your reservation.

What time is check-out?Check-out is at 12 noon local time. You will be charged USD$100 for each additional hour you occupy the property.

What time are quiet hours?Quiet Hours—Please be respectful of this quiet, residential, family neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 5 am.

Is there parking available at the villa?The villa has a garage/parking area. The garage can accommodate two vehicles. Please use caution when parking so as not to damage the garage door, laundry equipment, or the home.

Is smoking allowed in the villa?No Smoking—Do NOT smoke in the house. Violating this rule will result in an additional USD$800 fee to remove the odor from fabrics and soft surfaces.

Are pets allowed?No pets are allowed in the villa.

Is the villa family-oriented?We welcome families with young guests in our home, but please understand that this property has a pool on the rear patio, so children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES.

Are parties allowed in villa?There are NO parties at the property. A party is a social gathering of nine or more persons with music, food, and/or drinks.

Are linens and towels included in the villa?Yes. However, sand, suntan lotion, bronzer, and makeup cause permanent stains on our linens and towels. Guests must take precautions, as items rendered unusable must be replaced and billed at cost.

How do we handle tropical wildlife around the villa?Please understand that this is a tropical island. You might see or encounter tropical wildlife while in our home (especially if you keep the doors open for prolonged periods) or neighborhood, including, but not limited to monkeys, crabs, turtles, stray cats, stray dogs, bats, centipedes, mongoose, mosquitoes, millipedes, sand flies, birds, spiders, snails, slugs, flies, worms, crickets, grasshoppers, water bugs, lizards, ants, etc. These creatures are native to the tropics, and we have no control over them. We cannot control Mother Nature, so do not refund if you encounter her creatures during your stay.
